Since 1958, Fabco-Air has provided industry with high quality pneumatics at competitive prices. Air Preparation

Filter - Regulator - Lubricator
Port Sizes 1/8" NPT thru 1" NPT. Individual components as well as multiple combinations available. Choose from 6 port sizes (1/8" to 1"). Temperature rating are from -230 to +1250F (-50 to +520C). Flush-fitting gage and bowl guard standard. Air service up to 145 PSI with a minimum recommended operating pressure of 8 psi. A separate coalescing filter mist separator is available.

Pancake® Cylinder
The original Pancake® Cylinder was designed in 1958 to satisfy a need for a short stroke cylinder that would fit in a very tight space.

Square-1® Cylinder
The Square-1® Cylinder was designed to satisfy a need for a short stroke cylinder that would fit in very tight spaces. The Square-1® Cylinder is available with three different mounting styles to choose from.

Global Series™ Cylinder
The Global Series™ Cylinder has been a very popular addition to the Pancake line of cylinders. This rugged, space-saving cylinder is loaded with features not found in other. Available as a "hard metric" model, this cylinder is truly the choice for the International markets.

GT Series Cylinder
The GT Series cylinders are double acting guided toolplate models, based on the popular Global Series™ Cylinders offer the same basic feature. 10 bores sizes from 12mm through 100mm with stroke ranges from 5mm through 150mm will make your choice for Guided Toolplate applications.

"F" Series Cylinders
The "F" series cylinders are directly interchangeable model for model, bore for bore, stroke for stroke. Bore sizes range from 5/16" through 3". All models are double acting, with a D/A hollow rod. Single acting push with a single acting pull, magnetic piston, air cushion, multi-position with position feedback, corrosion resistant.

Hi-Power™ Cylinders
Our Hi-Power™ cylinder is of the tie rod construction available in 10 bore sizes. This rugged cylinder was specifically designed for minimum overall length in relation to the stroke and is available in several convenient mounting styles.

Multi-Power Boosters
Multi-Power Boosters provide a convenient, low cost way of adding the control, rigidity, and power of hydraulics to an air powered machine. Boosters use ship air to raise the pressure of another gas or liquid. They are compact and versatile finding use in a number of applications such as clamping, shearing, pressing, crimping, bending, test, and many more applications.

Multi-Power Air Presses
Multi-Power Air Presses applies the unique Multi-Power principle to precision framework and base, providing you with the ultimate in a powerful, precision, compact, air-powered bench press for production or laboratory uses.

Multi-Power® Cylinders
Multi-Power® Cylinders have multiple pistons attached to a common rod with internal air passages thus allowing much higher forces without having to use a bulky, larger bore cylinder or high pressure hydraulics. Multi-Power® Cylinders come in 10 bore sizes with a choice of 2, 3 or 4 stages (pistons). Additional stages at lower pressures are available. Forces to 22 tons can be reached with only 100 PSI shop air.

Air-Oil Tanks
Air-Oil Tanks provide the ultimate for those systems that require hydraulic type cylinder control from shop air pressure. These systems can provide the smoothness and rigidity of a hydraulic system without the high cost and space consumption of a hydraulic system.

Slides & Grippers

"L" & "S" Series Linear Slides
"L" Series (long) & "S" Series (short) Linear Slide has a single bearing block. This compact design provides a short overall length. The "L" Series Linear Slide features dual bearing blocks providing greater stability and increased loading capacity. Both series offer precision guided motion with replaceable air cylinders.

"SE" Series Linear Slides
The "SE" Series Linear Slide was designed to fit applications where limited space is available. An integral air cylinder built into the rear of the bearing block powers the tooling bar. The "SE" slide's compact design and precision construction make it ideal for many machine applications where side loads are moderate and a minimum overall length is necessary.

"GB" Series Block Style Slides
The "GB" Series Block Style Slides are available in 12mm, 20mm and 32mm bore sizes with strokes of 1/2" to 6" available in 12mm bore and 1" to 10" in the others.

"EZ" Series Slides
The "EZ" Series is a high quality linear ball bearing slide ideal for machine applications demanding high precision at a low cost. Design time and related costs are reduced, saving valuable time and money on your equipment building projects by utilizing such optional features as adjustable end of stroke stops, limit switches and shock absorbers.

"E" Series (Dual Function) Slides
Either of two slide styles can be made from a single set of subassemblies; The "EO" On Board Thruster Style and the "EG" Gantry Style Slide. Users can inventory less and assemble specific models only as needed.

"EZP7550" and "EZP5025" Pick & Place Slides
The "EZP7550" and "EZP5025" Pick & Place linear slides offer combined horizontal and vertical motion. The option of 3 positions on one or both of the slides is available on some models. The Pick & Place series is ideal for machine applications demanding high precision at a low cost.

"TS" Series Linear Slide
The "TS" Series Linear Slide features a twin-shaft, air or hydraulic powered integral slide system with maximum operating pressure of 150 PSI (air or oil-based hydraulics). With 6 bore sizes to choose from, the "TS" Series could well be the Linear Slide you have been looking for.

"GR" & "GS" Series Grippers
The "GR" & "GS" Series Grippers are 2 jaw angular grippers for robotic and pick & place applications. These are air or hydraulic operated open and close for external or internal gripping and feature patented external adjustment of jaw opening and closing capability while operating.

Crimpers

Fabco-Air offers the next generation series of pneumatic tools that will dramatically lower your total installed cost and increase the overall quality level of the installation. These pneumatic tools are designed for joining PEX plumbing connections; splicing aircraft control cables and wire rope assemblies. Valves & Sensors

Miniature 53 Style Modular Manifold
2,3 and 4 Way Solenoid Valves with 10-32 or 1/8 NPT Ports available in Singular or Modular Manifold Versions. Any combination of function and ports can be combined in the same manifold stack to save time, space and plumbing.

Series 3853
The Series 3853 is a composite body solenoid valve offered in both 2-way and 3-way normally open or closed functions and seven orifice sizes. Component features include the proven solenoid operator available in brass/stainless or all stainless pilot design, optional seal materials and nylon encapsulated coil.

Hex Body 53 Style
2 and 3-way solenoid valves with 1/8 and 1/4 NPT Ports available as Normally Open or Normally Closed in 3 different porting styles features black anodized hex aluminum body. Operating temperatures of 0 - 180 F and Cv ratings from .055 to .230.

18 Series
1/8 NPT Ported 2, 3 and 4-way 2-position valves feature short stroke, light weight Delrin® spools providing fast, positive and reliable response.

Series 3953
The Series 3953 contains all the features of the Series 3853 but can be stacked into a multiple output bank of solenoid valves. The Series 3953 features a fully encapsulated coil, spring compensated plunger seats for long life and a miniature stackable composite valve body.

14, M14 & 34 Series
1/4 and 3/8 NPT Ported 2, 3 and 4-way, 2-position valves feature short stroke, light weight Delrin® spools providing fast, positive and reliable response.

Series 3500
The Series 3500 2-way, 2-position solenoid valve uses the latest combinations of technologies for materials and function which provide the user with the highest quality, smallest size per Cv of flow and most competitive pricing of any valve on the market.

The 3500 utilizes the latest injection molding and forging technologies available which combined garner the highest quality yields of components. When coupled with the solenoid operator and used as a direct acting/pilot operated valve, the 3500 gives full flow throughout the pressure range starting with an MOPD of zero PSI. The forged body section gives strength and robustness to the valve and is available in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 NPT sizes.

12, 12A, 12B & 38 Series
3/8 and 1/2 NPT Ported 2, 3 and 4-way, 2 and 3-position valves offer several custom options as well as many catalog options. These valves of Aluminum Bar Stock Body and Operator Blocks along with Light weight Hard Anodized Aluminum Spools provide long service life.

Series 3510
2-way, 2-position solenoid valve uses the latest technologies for materials and function which provide the user with the highest quality, smallest size per Cv of flow and most competitive pricing of any valve on the market.

Special Purpose Valves
Whether you need a one-shot (pulse) valve, adjustable delay, pressure sensing/sequence valve, micro limit valve, shuttle or check valve, Fabco-Air has a number of special purpose valves, including the OS-1 One-Shot, RV-1 Pressure Sensing Valve and MSV-2A Limit Valve.
