A plastic injection molding machine manufacturer required a hydraulic unit to update its aged equipment. The company required faster output and more accurate cylinder control. To complicate matters, the manufacturing floor space was limited.

Hiller designed a new unit that was smaller in size with greater output. Our staff custom-built this unit to run at twice the existing speed with proportional control closed loop accuracies. The new equipment increased the company's production and lowered its costs.
