An industrial operation was faced with obsolescence of a key piece of machinery. The customer could no longer purchase a custom valve which was leaking severely, causing a system malfunction and considerable downtime.

Solution
By analyzing the equipment and working closely with the customer, our designers developed a new manifold with common cartridge and 4 way valves that are industry standards, thus quickly eliminating the leakage and subsequent downtime. More importantly, this provided a flexible solution that ensures the availability of spare and repair parts.
